Klaim Tiga Marjin
WHY IT TAKES SO LONG

Every level reconstructs the same facts separately.

The facts are narrow and not in dispute. Which serial number, sold when, failed how, replaced on what date. Nobody disagrees about any of it.

Three parties assemble three files

The dealer's record, the distributor's record and the principal's record are built independently from the same events and drift immediately.

Proof travels as attachments

A photograph of a receipt, forwarded twice. By the time it reaches the principal nobody can tell whether it was checked or merely passed along.

Rejection restarts everything

A claim returned for a missing field goes back down the chain and comes up again weeks later, having been retyped at each stop.

The smallest party carries the float

The dealer paid for the replacement immediately and waits longest to be reimbursed. That cost ends up in retail prices.

If you file warranty claims, or receive them.

Being designed, nothing to use yet. The useful thing is the real timeline: how long your claims take and where they actually stop.
